When Did Googlebot Last access your site? |
You may like to know when the Googlebot has been to your website last. The Googlebot is one of Google's spiders. It indexes all the sites on the internet. It comes to most sites regularly and notes changes that have been made to the pages it reads since its last visit. So, if you want to know when Google last spidered your website, enter the url of your website and click on the, "Check Googlebot Last Access" button. If you want to have a little button banner like the one above to tell your visitors when your site was last spidered, just enter your preferences into the boxes above before you click. Then enter the code displayed into your web page where you want it to appear. This page should contain a form for you to fill out so that you will be able to check out when the Googlebot last visited your website. However, this function is controlled by a third party to whom we are linked on this page to include this function. If the form does not appear it may be because they are working on their site or their server is down for maintainance etc. Please call back again soon. Hopefully it will be working for you then. |
